摘 要:目的以医生满意度为指标,采用视觉模拟评分(VAS)评价一种计算机辅助设计和三维打印上颌可定位个别托盘临床应用效果。方法北京大学口腔医院修复科遴选3位口腔修复医师和15例上颌三类无牙颌患者。每位医师随机接诊5例患者,分别采用CAD&3DP法、光固化法和红膏刮削法制作个别托盘,聚醚橡胶制取终印模。主诊医师即时填写问卷调查表,使用VAS对3种个别托盘进行评价。以s为单位记录CAD&3DP法和光固化法个别托盘人工制作时间。结果除了功能整塑操作中易于保持托盘稳定性的满意度评价差异无统计学意义,其余满意度评价差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01); CAD&3DP法和光固化法个别托盘总的人工制作时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 CAD&3DP上颌可定位个别托盘制取终印模时效率、成功率更高,操作更为简便,可以初步应用于临床。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the computer-aided design and three-dimensional printing(CAD&3DP) technique by visual analog scale(VAS) based on physician satisfaction. Methods Three prosthodontistsand 15 Class Ⅲ edentulous(maxillary) patients from the Department of Prosthodontics, Stomatological Hospitalof Peking University were included in the study. Each doctor was randomly assigned five patients. The custom trays were fabricated using CAD&3DP, light-cured resin and impression compound trimming techniques, and loaded with polyether rubber for final impression recording, respectively. The attending physician immediately filled out the ques-tionnaire and used VAS to evaluate the three custom trays. The time required formanual fabrication of the custom trayswith CAD&3 DP and light-cured resin techniques were recorded in seconds. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the satisfaction evaluation for easy maintaining of tray stability during functional molding op-erations, whereas there were statistically significant differences in the remaining satisfaction evaluations. There were statistically significant differences in the total time required for manual fabrication of the custom trays between-CAD&3 DP and light-cured resin techniques. Conclusion CAD&3 DP technique for maxillary custom tray fabrication for final impression recording shows higher efficiency and success rate. It is easier to operate and justifies preliminary use in the clinical settings.
