基于五行理论探讨高血压病患者血压季节性波动机制

摘　　要：在五行理论指导下,通过对近5年来1 100例高血压病患者的回顾性分析,可知高血压病患者血压季节性波动机制为:(1)"肝郁内变"为导致高血压病患者春季血压波动的主要因素;(2)"火"与"湿"为高血压病患者夏季血压波动的主要因素;(3)"金衰木侮、风火内动"为高血压病患者秋季血压波动的主要因素;(4)"寒盛于外、阳不化气"为高血压病患者冬季血压波动的主要因素。Through the retrospective analysis of 1 100 patients with Hypertension in the past 5 years, the seasonal fluctuation mech- anism of blood pressure in patients with Hypertension is discussed under the guidance of the Five Elements Theory is the follow- ings ：①＂ Liver stagnation induced inner abnormality＂ is the main factor of the blood pressure fluctuation in patients with Hyper- tension in spring; ② ＂Fire＂ and ＂Dampness＂ are the main factors of blood pressure fluctuation in patients with Hypertension in summer;③＂ Gold （Lung system） dysfunction and Mu （Liver system） over-function＂ ,which causes the abnormal activity of inner Wind and Fire, is the main factor of blood pressure fluctuation in patients with Hypertension in autumn ;④ The cold invasion from outside, which causes the dysfunction of Qi operation inside, is the main factor of blood pressure fluctuation in patients with hyper- tension in winter.
