摘　　要：原发性大肠淋巴瘤是少见的肠道恶性肿瘤,临床表现无特异性,其诊断主要依据内镜检查并活检送病理确诊,临床常误诊或延误诊断。本文通过对原发性大肠淋巴瘤的内镜、病理、影像学及临床表现等特点进行总结分析,从而提高其早期诊断水平,减少误诊或延误诊断,以提高原发性大肠淋巴瘤患者的存活率。Primary eolorectal lymphoma is a rare malignant tumor that lacks of characteristic clinical manifestations. Endoseopy and pathological biopsy may lead to misdiagnosis and delayed diagnosis. This article summarized the characteristics of eolonoscopy, pathology, imaging and clinical manifestations of primary eolorectal lymphoma.
