中西医结合治疗难治性抑郁症68例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟疏肝解忧汤治疗难治性抑郁症临床疗效。方法将2015年12月—2017年12月经我院诊治的136例难治性抑郁症患者随机分为对照组(68例)和治疗组(68例)。对照组选用盐酸氟西汀胶囊口服,治疗组在对照组基础上加用自拟疏肝解忧方汤剂治疗,治疗8周后进行疗效统计分析。结果治疗8周后总有效率方面,对照组为64.71%,治疗组为75.00%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗后HAMD评分方面,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论疏肝解忧汤治疗难治性抑郁症能显著提高有效率,降低HAMD评分,值得临床推广及进一步研究。Objective To observe the clinical effect of self-made Shugan Jieyou decoction in the treatment of refractory depression. Methods136 patients with refractory depression were randomly divided into the control group（ n = 68） and the treatment group（ n = 68）,which was treated in our hospital during the 12 period of December 2017 to December 2015. The control group used Fluoxetine Hydrochloride capsules oral,and the treatment group used self-made Shugan Jieyou decoction on the basis of the control group. The statistical analysis of the effect after 8 weeks was made. Result After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was 64. 71% in the control group and 75. 00% in the treatment group. There was a significant difference between the two groups（ P 〈 0. 05）. There was a significant difference in the HAMD score between the two groups before and after treatment（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Shugan Jieyou decoction in the treatment of refractory depression can significantly improve the efficiency,reduce the score of HAMD,and is worthy of the clinical promotion and further research.
