摘　　要：为更好地了解中国篮协的改革进展,发挥对篮协后续改革以及其他单项体育协会改革的借鉴意义,通过文献资料、访谈等方法对CBA联赛场域中国篮协所遵从的行政逻辑进行解析。研究结果显示:当前CBA联赛场域中,中国篮协仍持有一定的政绩观,其行政思维未得到根本性改变,行政方法手段仍是其处理问题的惯常方式;篮协行政逻辑的形成主要受到CBA联赛特殊的形成背景、联赛内部对政治资本的过分倚重、社会各界对篮球国际比赛成绩的期待以及篮协内部工作人员自身所秉持的行政惯习等原因的影响;篮协对行政逻辑的遵从阻滞了篮协的实体化改革进程,影响了CBA联赛的品牌建设和发展效率。In order to better understand the progress of the reform of Chinese Basketball Association and give full play to the significance of the follow-up reform of Association and the reform of other individual sports associations,this study analyzes the administrative logic with which Chinese Basketball Association complies in the field of CBA league by the methods of literature,interview,etc. The results showthat： At present,in the field of CBA league,Chinese Basketball Association still holds a certain viewof political achievement,and its administrative thinking has not been fundamentally changed,and the administrative methods and means are still their usual way of dealing with problems. The formation of the administrative logic of the Basketball Association is mainly due to the special formative background of the CBA league,the excessive reliance on political capital in the league,the expectation of all social circles on the achievement of the international basketball match,and the administrative habits held by the internal staff of the Basketball Association. The adherence to the administrative logic of the Basketball Association blocks the substantive reform process of the Basketball Association and affects the brand building and the efficiency of development of the CBA league.
