摘　　要：随着科研项目及经费的增加,科研项目和经费的管理难度加大,科研项目管理和经费使用中的问题暴露得越发明显。本文分析当前高校科研经费管理工作面临的新形势,就科研经费管理中存在的问题进行了分析,提出改进措施,以期提高高校科研经费的使用效率。With the increase of scientific research projects and funds, the management of scientific research projects and funds is getting more difficulty. The problems in the management of scientific research projects and the use of funds are becoming more and more obvious. This article analyzed the new situation faced by the current management work of scientific research funds in universities and colleges. Problems existing in the management of scientific research funds were analyzed, and improvements were proposed to improve the efficiency of scientific research funds management in colleges and universities.
