孤立型息肉样十二指肠平滑肌瘤1例报道

摘　　要：十二指肠息肉样平滑肌瘤临床少见,文献报道较少,且十二指肠球部病变多为良性,很少进行活检和病理检查。常规胃镜检查往往难以明确其来源和性质,此时盲目活检或切除存在较大风险,且极易出现误诊及漏诊情况,影响患者预后。本文报道1例经病理及免疫组化证实的十二指肠平滑肌瘤,提高临床医师对该病的认识。Duodenal polypoid leiomyoma is rare in clinic, rarely reported in literature, and most of the duodenal lesions are benign, rarely biopsy and pathological examination. Conventional gastroscopy is often difficult to identify. Blind biopsy or resection has a greater risk, and is prone to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis affecting the prognosis of patients. A case of duodenal leiomyoma confirmed by pathology and immunohistochemistry was reported to improve clinicians’ understanding of the disease.
