摘 要:针对ATO供应链,考虑齐套供货和不齐套供货两种情形,建立了需求随机情况下的基于supply-hub的缓冲库存控制仿真模型,通过实例仿真对独立VMI模式和集中supply-hub模式下缓冲库存控制效果进行了比较分析.结果表明supply-hub模式较之VMI模式在零部件匹配上具有突出的产出优势、资源效用优势、WIP成本优势以及服务响应优势等,同时supply-hub模式具有较大的系统运作成本优势和较好的敏捷响应度.敏感性分析也说明,在供应商数量、需求均值、需求标准差等发生动态变化时,supply-hub模式相较于VMI模式都表现出了比较好的应对能力.Aiming at ATO supply chain, considering the two situations of uniform supply and non-uniform supply, a buffer inventory control simulation model based on supply-hub was established under the condition of random demand. The control effect of buffer inventory under independent VMI mode and centralized supply-hub mode was compared and analyzed through example simulation. The results show that the supply-hub model has outstanding output advantages, resource utility advantages, WIP cost advantages and service response advantages compared with VMI model. Meanwhile, supply-hub mode has the advantages of higher system operation cost and better agile response. Sensitivity analysis also shows that supply-hub model has a better response ability than VMI model when the number of suppliers, demand mean and demand standard deviation change dynamically.
