摘 要:目的研究采用改良式前庭盾对上颌骨和牙受力的影响。方法选取1例12岁女性上颌前突者进行CBCT扫描,并用DICOM技术获得扫描图片以及采用图像处理的软件和工程建模的软件建立这位患者上颌骨复合体及上颌牙的模型。同时模拟改良式前庭盾装置进行加载工况。结果模型显示上颌前牙段受力最大,向后依次降低,框下孔下部,梨状孔周围有应力分布。改良式前庭盾适用于上颌前突,骨性Ⅱ类的生长发育期的青少年患者。结论改良式前庭盾不仅对牙有内收作用,对上颌骨的发育也起到一定的抑制作用。Objective To study the effect of modified vestibular shield on the maxillary and tooth forces.Methods A 12-year-oldfemale maxillary prominence was selected for CBCT scanning.The DICOM technique was used to obtain the scanned images and thesoftware for image processing and engineering modeling software was used to establish the maxillary complex and maxillary model.Atthe same time,the modified vestibular shield device was simulated for loading conditions.Results The model showed that themaxillary anterior teeth had the greatest force,which decreased in the backward direction,and the lower part of the lower hole,thestress distribution around the pear -shaped hole.The modified vestibular shield is suitable for adolescent patients with maxillaryprotrusion and skeletal class II growth and development.Conclusion The improved vestibular shield not only has an adductive effecton the teeth,but also has a certain inhibitory effect on the development of the maxilla.
