摘 要:目的:观察针刺"嗅三针"对帕金森病(PD)小鼠行为学、嗅球病理改变以及黑质中酪氨酸羟化酶(TH)表达的影响。方法:C57BL/6雄性小鼠40只,随机分为空白组、帕金森模型组、嗅三针干预组、左旋多巴组,每组10只。除空白组外,其余各组均用经鼻灌注脂多糖(LPS)的方法建立PD模型,造模同时电针干预10 d,观察嗅球病理变化以及组织中TH的表达水平。结果:"嗅三针"有减轻PD模型小鼠嗅球病理改变的作用,也可以显著提高黑质中TH的表达水平(P〈0.05),与左旋多巴疗效相当。结论:针刺"嗅三针"可以改善小鼠PD行为学及病理学改变,其机制可能与增加TH在小鼠大脑黑质中的表达有关。Objective:To observe the effects of acupuncturing "Xiusanzhen" on the behavior,pathological changes and TH expression in substantia nigra of mice with Parkinson's disease(PD). Methods:Total 40 C57 BL/6 male mice were randomly divided into blank group,Parkinson's model group, "Xiusanzhen" inter vention group,L-dopa group(10 mice in each group). In addition to the blank group,the other groups were established by nasal perfusion LPS method and electroacupuncture intervention for 10 days at the same time. The pathological changes of olfactory bulb and the expression of TH in tissues were observed. Results:"Xiusanzhen" could relieve the pathological changes of olfactory bulb in Parkinson's model and also significantly increase the expression of TH in substantia nigra(P〈0.05),which was equivalent to that in L-dopa group. Conclusion: "Xiusanzhen" intervention can improve the behavioral and relieve pathological changes of mice with PD and the mechanism might be related to the increase of TH expression in the substantia nigra of mice.
