摘  要:目的分析椎管内畸胎瘤的CT、磁共振成像(MRI)特点,以提高对本病的认识。方法收集经手术病理证实的7例椎管内畸胎瘤患者CT及MRI资料进行回顾性分析其影像特征。结果病支在髓外硬膜下5例,髓外硬膜外1例,髓内1例,均在胸腰段,肿瘤的形态呈类圆形或不规则。CT示病变,均呈软组织块影,可见脂肪密度和钙化;MRI示病变,呈混杂信号,4例可见脂肪信号。成熟畸胎瘤4例,3例为未成熟畸胎瘤3例。结论CT、MRI检查能对椎管内畸胎瘤的定位、定量及定性做出较为准确的诊断,在影像学上具有特征性表现。Objective To analyze the CT and MR features of intraspinal teratoma. Methods Collect 7 patients of intraspinal teratoma CT and MR which has been proved by surgically and pathologically to analyze the imaging features retrospectively. Results Five cases, focus located in extramedullary subdural space of the spine CT and MR can, 1 case in extramedullary epidural and 1 case in intramedullary teratoma. All were found in Thoracolumbar. Tumor morphology was round or irregular. CT showed soft tissue piece shadow, visible fatty density and calcification; MRI showed mixed signal, 4 cases of visible fat. 4 cases were mature teratoma, 3 cases were immature teratoma. Conclusion For intraspinal teratoma of location, quantitative and qualitative, CT and MR can make more accurate diagnosis, which demonstrate characteristic signification in imaging.
