摘  要:本文使用Quinn&Cameron的OCAI量表设定变量,基于Likert的测度量表设计调查问卷,实证研究了企业文化结构对企业战略管理决策的影响。认为如果企业文化中灵活性成分大于稳定性成分,企业战略管理决策的理性程度较高;如果企业文化中关注外部的成分大于关注内部的成分也有利于企业做出理性决策;外资企业理性决策的程度较高,规模较大成立时间较长的企业更容易做出理性的战略决策,研究结论对我国企业的持久健康发展具有重要的借鉴意义。This article uses Quinn&Cameron's OCAI scale to set variables,designs questionnaire based on Likert measurement scale.With empirical method,this paper studies the influence of corporate culture structure on strategic management decisions of enterprises.The result shows that if the flexibility component of enterprise culture is greater than the stability component,the rational degree of strategic management decision is higher;if the focus on external components in corporate culture is greater than the internal components,the enterprise can make rational decisions.A large foreign investment enterprise with long history is likely to make rational strategic decisions.The result is of vital reference significance to the healthy development of Chinese enterprises.
