基于教育叙事研究的医学院校外语教师能动性研究

摘　　要：在全球化教育改革的背景下,研究医学院校教师能动性是实施高等学校建立适合本校特色教师教学的必要途径。本研究基于教育叙事研究法,通过课堂观察、教学日记和深度访谈对医学院校的三位女教师的职业生活经历进行比较分析,探讨外语教师能动性的体现以及影响能动性发挥的因素,为医学院校教师发展提供重要启示。Under the background of education reform worldwide, it is a necessity to study teacher agency to set upmodel of instruction based on college characteristics. This paper makes a comparative analysis of teachers’career developmentand life experiences between three English teachers in a medical college to find out the factors affecting teachers’agency.Meanwhile,the paper aims to provide some implications for teachers’ career development in medical colleges.
