摘  要:将试样在800℃左右灼烧除去游离碳,经酸溶解碳酸盐,过滤、洗涤后以燃烧-气体容量法测定提温剂中碳化硅含量w(SiC)。对测定条件如碳化硅开始分解温度、碳化硅完全分解温度、预热时间及称样量的选择进行了探讨,并选出最佳工作条件。确定本方法的测定范围:w(SiC)在1. 00%~45. 00%。用本方法分别对4类提温剂样品进行11次测定,其相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为0. 952%、0. 446%、0. 590%、0. 490%。本方法与其它方法对照,结果一致。In the paper, it is introduced the content of silicon carbide in warming agent was determined with the combustion gas volumetric method by burning the sample at about 800 ℃ to remove the free carbon, dissolving carbonate with acid, filtration and washing. The determination conditions such as the temperatures of starting decomposition and complete decomposition for silicon carbide, preheating time and selection of sample weights are discussed as well as the optimum working conditions are found out. The measurement range of content of silicon carbide with this method was 1.00%-45.00%. 11 times of determination were carried out with 4 types of warming agent samples and the relative standard deviation (RSD) were 0.952%, 0.446%, 0.590% and 0.490% respectively. Compared with other methods, the results were the same.
