高校毕业生创业生态环境的构建研究

摘　　要：本文立足于高校毕业生的创业现状,分析了创业中存在的突出问题,利用生态学理论提出了创业生态环境的观点,构建了以创业意识、创业资源以及完善创业为主体结构的高校毕业生创业生态环境,并就如何构建高校毕业生创业生态环境提出了针对性意见。This paper is based on the present situation of college graduates＇ entrepreneurship, analyzes the outstanding prob- lems in entrepreneurship, puts forward the viewpoint of entrepreneurial ecological environment by using ecological ideas, and sets up the ecological environment for college graduates, which is based on entrepreneurial consciousness, entrepreneurial resources and perfect entrepreneurship, and expounds the ecological environment for college graduates. It also puts forward strategies for how to construct the entrepreneurial ecological environment for college graduates.
