民族地区农村居民对旅游扶贫政策满意度研究——基于湖北五峰栗子坪村的旅游精准扶贫调查

摘　　要：农村居民对旅游扶贫政策的满意度能反映旅游扶贫政策制定的科学性和实施的有效性,研究扶贫政策满意度对评估和完善旅游扶贫政策具有重要意义。基于五峰栗子坪的调查数据,运用多元有序Logistic回归模型进行统计分析,发现年龄、受教育年限、劳动力比例、政策了解程度、收入变化和政策针对性对满意度的影响显著。因此在扶贫政策的制定和实施中要注意加强扶贫宣传、促进扶贫创收、考虑民族特殊性,进行有针对性的综合扶贫。The satisfaction of rural residents with tourism poverty alleviation policies can reflect the scientific and effective implementation of tourism poverty alleviation policies,and the study of poverty alleviation policy satisfaction is of great significance in assessing and improving tourism poverty alleviation policies. Based on the survey data of Wufeng Liziping,a multivariate ordinal logistic regression model was used for statistical analysis. It was found that age,education years,labor force ratio,policy understanding,income changes,and policy targeting had a significant effect on satisfaction. Therefore,in the formulation and implementation of the poverty alleviation policy,we must pay attention to strengthening poverty alleviation,promoting poverty alleviation and income generation,taking into consideration the special characteristics of the nation,and carrying out targeted comprehensive poverty alleviation.
