摘　　要：目的:探讨双歧杆菌四联活菌联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱对非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)患者糖、脂、尿酸代谢的影响。方法:收集2015年5月至2017年5月巴中市中医院接诊的90例NAFLD患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。两组患者入院后即给予常规保肝治疗,对照组在此基础上给予多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用双歧杆菌四联活菌片,比较两组治疗效果以及治疗前、后糖、脂、尿酸代谢及肝功能指标水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后糖代谢[空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)]、脂代谢[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]、尿酸代谢[血尿酸(SUA)]及肝功能[谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷氨酰胺转移酶(GGT)]指标检测结果均优于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后FBG、FINS、HOMA-IR、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、SUA、ALT、AST、GGT检测结果均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者用药期间不良反应总发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:双歧杆菌四联活菌联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱能够有效提高NAFLD治疗效果,改善患者糖、脂、尿酸代谢,值得临床推荐。Objective：To investigate the effects of Bifidobacteriumtetravaccine tablet combined with polyenylphosphatidylcholine on blood sugar,blood lipids and uric acid levels in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease（NAFLD）.Methods：A total of 90 patients with NAFLD in our hospital from May 2015 to May2017 were selected,and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 45 cases in each group.All patients received conventional liver protecting treatment.The patients in the control group were treated with polyenylphosphatidylcholine,and those in the observation group were treated as the control group with addition of Bifidobacteriumtetravaccine tablet.The clinical efficacy and the levels of blood sugar,blood lipids and uric acid were compared.Results：The total response rate in the observation group were higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The levels of fasting blood glucose（FBG）,fasting insulin（FINS）,total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）,homeostasis model-insulin resistance（HOMA-IR）,serum uric acid（SUA）,alanine aminotransferase（ALT）,aspartate aminotransferase（AST）,gamma glutamyl transpeptidase（GGT）in both groups were improved after treatment（P〈0.05）.The improvement was better in the observation group than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Bifidobacteriumtetravaccine tablet combined with polyenylphosphatidylcholine could achieve higher effectiveness for the treatment of NAFLD,and improve uric acid,blood sugar and lipids metabolism.
