摘　　要：本文在简单分析智慧养老模式必要性的基础上,提出了智慧养老系统的总体架构。以互联网+养老院客户服务系统的设计为主要内容,系统地分析与设计了系统的业务流程和系统功能,并详细描述了系统主要功能模块的具体实现。Based on brief analysis of the necessity of intelligent old-age caring mode, this paper proposes overall architecture ofintelligent old - age caring system. After that, the paper systematically analyzes and designs business process and functions ofcustomer service system for Internet Plus nursing home, and explains how to implement the main functional modules in detail.
