摘　　要：自2005年起至今的十余年间,伴随思想政治教育的科学化进程及辅导员工作地位的日益凸显,一些学者在人本理念和促进人的全面发展思想的指引下,对高校辅导员亲和力这一问题展开了深入研究。研究主要在高校辅导员亲和力的概念及其构成要素、高校辅导员亲和力的重大意义、高校辅导员亲和力的提升路径以及新媒体时代高校辅导员亲和力等领域展开,并取得了丰硕的理论成果与实践经验,但仍存在亟待深入探索的研究领域,如加强对高校辅导员亲和力的基本理论研究,加大对辅导员亲和力的新路径的探索研究,拓展对辅导员亲和力的研究视野。In the more than ten years since 2005, with the scientific process of ideological and political education and the increasing prominence of the position of counselors, some scholars have studied affinities of college counselors under the guidance of humanism and the promotion of all-round development. Their research covered tyhe concept of affinity and its components, significance of affinity of counselors, improvement of affinity in the new media times, etc. and has yielded rich theoretical results and practical experiences. However, there are still areas of research that need to be explored in depth and need further review, such as research on basic theory of affinity, how to improve affinity, etc.
