湘南承接产业转移与地方职业教育专业结构协调发展研究

摘　　要：区域承接产业转移所带的产业结构调整、升级与地方职业教育专业结构之间存在着密切协同关系。湘南承接产业转移带来产业结构与职业教育专业结构出现:承接产业转移扩大升级,产业结构出现变化;产业结构变化加速,专业人才培养不足;专业调整慢于产业变化,产业与专业结构性失衡。为此,采取的对策是:树立地方职业教育专业结构与区域产业结构相适应的观念,推动建设一批与湘南承接产业转移相适应的特色专业;地方政府制定好宏观调控政策措施,引导鼓励职业教育专业结构调整,建立符合湘南三市产业特点的专业结构;职业院校要加强专业建设,专业教师要深化课程教学改革,实现职业教育专业结构、课程内容与承接产业转移、产业升级相适应。There exists a closed coordination relationship among the industrial structural adjustment brought up by regional conducted transition,upgrading and local vocational education institution.Severe inharmonious exist in south Hunan′s industrial transition with the local vocational education which mainly lies in：new changes rose up in industrial structure with the reception of structural upgrading;acceleration of industrial structure accompanied with inadequacy of specialty talents;major adjustment became slower than industrial alteration,caused structural imbalance of industry and specialty structure.Hence,we adopted the following strategies：consolidating setting up the viewpoints of adaptability with local vocational education and the regional industrial structure to promote establishment of specialties suitable for industrial transition in south Hunan province;local government draw up macro adjustment and controlling measurement to instruct and encourage vocational specialty adjustment and setting up specialty structure fitting for three cities in south Hunan;local vocational colleges should consolidate specialty establishment,teachers of key majors should deepen curricula reform and making considerable effort to realize adaptability of vocational education structure,curricula content with industrial transition and upgrading.
