摘　　要：民办应用型本科院校的内涵建设,对于促进我国区域经济的发展具有非常重要的意义。面对新时代背景下国家和区域重大的发展战略,民办应用型本科院校只有坚持教师队伍建设和应用型人才的培养,坚持特色办学,构建完善的教学质量管理体系,才能提高对区域发展的支撑和服务能力,实现教学内涵水平的提高。The connotation construction of non-government applied-oriented institute proved significant for China′s regional development.Confronting national and regional critical developmental strategies,only by insisting construction of teaching staff and applied-oriented talents′cultivation as well as characteristic schooling,constructing perfect and improved teaching quality managing system could the non-governmental applied-oriented institutes improve supportive and serving competency and improvement for teaching connotation.
