构建校园文化体系 提高学生综合素质

摘　　要：构筑具有学校自身特色的校园文化体系是校园文化建设的根本要求。近年来,西安航空职业技术学院一直注重校园文化建设,经过几年来的实践,构筑了军工文化、企业文化和专业文化三位一体的校园文化体系,将传统文化和现代文化结合起来,将爱国主义精神与日常行为结合起来,将人才培养质量与文化建设结合起来,加强对大学生的思想引导、情感熏陶、意志磨炼和人格塑造,从而不断提高学生的综合素质。Enhancing cultural confidence and constructing campus cultural system with characteristics are the basic requirement for campus cultural construction.In the recent years,Xi′an Aeronautical ＆ Polytechnic Institute gave great priorities to cultural construction with recent years practice and constructed trinity system of military industrial culture,enterprise culture and specialty culture.Combining the traditional and modern culture,the spritis of patriotism and daily behavior,the quality of talents′cultivation and cultural construction,hence to enforce students′ideologial guidance,emotional edification,volition annealing and personality shaping,hence to constantly improve students′comprehensive qualities.
