摘　　要：目的:探讨热休克转录因子1(heat-shock transcription factor 1,HSF1)在卵巢高级别浆液性癌组织中的表达以及与临床病理特征的相关性。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测79例卵巢高级别浆液性癌、17例卵巢交界性浆液性肿瘤、14例正常卵巢组织中HSF1的表达差异。分析卵巢高级别浆液性癌组织中HSF1表达情况与患者年龄、临床分期、淋巴结转移、ER、PR、p53、Ki-67的相关性。结果:HSF1在卵巢高级别浆液性癌组织中的阳性率82. 28%,高于卵巢交界性浆液性肿瘤的阳性率52. 94%及正常卵巢组织的阳性率7. 14%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。卵巢癌组织中HSF1的表达水平与患者临床分期、淋巴结转移、ER及Ki-67呈正相关,与患者年龄、PR、p53无关。结论:HSF1在卵巢高级别浆液性癌组织中表达增加,可能与卵巢癌的发生机制相关。HSF1与卵巢高级别浆液性癌患者临床分期、淋巴结转移、ER及Ki-67呈正相关,有助于辅助评估卵巢癌患者病情,为临床制定个体化治疗方案提供依据。Objective To investigate the expression of heat-shock transcription factor 1 （HSF1） in high-grade ovarian serous carcinoma and the correlation with clinicopathological parameters. Methods： The expression of HSF1 in 79 cases of ovarian high grade serous carcinoma,17 cases of ovarian borderline serous tumor and 14 cases of normal ovarian tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry.The correlation between HSF1 expression and age,clinical stage,lymph node metastasis,ER,PR,p53,Ki-67 in ovarian carcinoma was analyzed. Results： The positive rate of HSF1 in high grade serous ovarian cancer （82.28%） was higher than ovarian borderline serous tumor （52.94%） and normal ovarian tissue （7.14%）（ P 〈0.05）.The expression of HSF1 in ovarian cancer was positively correlated with clinical stage,lymph node metastasis,ER and Ki-67.The expression of HSF1 has no correlation with age,PR,p53. Conclusion： The increased expression of HSF1 in ovarian cancer is related to the pathogenesis of ovarian cancer.The expression of HSF1 was positively correlated with clinical stage,lymph node metastasis,ER and Ki-67.HSF1 was useful to evaluate the condition of patients with ovarian cancer and provide reference for clinicians to formulate individualized treatment plans.
