摘　　要：由于利妥昔单抗的应用,大部分CD20(+)的非霍奇金淋巴瘤的疗效得到了提高,但部分患者对利妥昔单抗不敏感,也有部分患者出现耐药而导致复发。奥滨尤妥珠单抗为新一代抗CD20单抗,与利妥昔单抗相比具有高效性、耐受性好、毒副作用小的特征。本文阐述了奥滨尤妥珠单抗的药物作用机制,在治疗CD20阳性的非霍奇金淋巴瘤临床试验中的疗效及不良反应。Due to the application of rituximab make the therapy of most of CD20（＋） non-Hodgkin lymphoma had some improvement.But a few patients still insensitive to rituximab and somebody suffer from relapse or resistance of rituximab.Obinutuzumab,as the NEW anti-CD20 antibody,has higher efficiency,better tolerance and smaller side effect compared with rituximab.This paper reviews the pharmacological mechanisms of obinutuzumab-and its present use in clinical outcomes to CD20（＋） non-Hodgkin lymphoma and its adverse reactions.
