摘　　要：高等植物细胞质遗传表现为多种形式,包括母系遗传、父系遗传和双亲遗传。母系遗传是细胞质遗传的主要特征,细胞质遗传的本质是细胞器DNA的遗传。本实验用Scar标记方法,通过PCR手段用3种不同的引物T、alm、D对1个马铃薯群体进行细胞质遗传背景检测分析。Cytoplasmic inheritance in higher plants takes many forms, including maternal inheritance, paternal inheritance and parental inheritance. Maternal inheritance is the main characteristic of cytoplasmic inheritance. The essence of cytoplasmic inheritance is the inheritance of organelle DNA. The cytoplasmic genetic background of a potato population was analyzed by PCR using three different primers T, ALM and D.
