慈丹胶囊、吉西他滨联合替吉奥治疗老年晚期胆囊癌的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究慈丹胶囊、吉西他滨联合替吉奥治疗老年晚期胆囊癌的临床效果。方法将83例老年晚期胆囊癌患者根据入院顺序分为研究组(40例,吉西他滨、替吉奥胶囊联合慈丹胶囊治疗)和对照组(43例,替吉奥胶囊联合吉西他滨治疗)。比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组Ig G、IgA、IgM水平均升高,且研究组均高于对照组(P<0.05);AFP、CA19-9、CEA、β2-MG水平均降低,且研究组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组各毒副作用发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论慈丹胶囊、吉西他滨联合替吉奥治疗老年晚期胆囊癌,可有效改善患者免疫球蛋白和肿瘤标志物水平,且毒副作用较少。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Cidan capsule and gemcitabine combined with tegafur in the treatment of advanced gallbladder cancer in elderly patients. Methods Eighty-three elderly patients with advanced gallbladder cancer were divided into study group（40 cases, treated with gemcitabine, tegafur capsule combined with Cinda capsule） and control group（43 cases, tegafur capsule combined with gemcitabine theray） according to the order of admission. The clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of IgG, IgA and IgM in both groups increased, and those in the study group were higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. The levels of AFP,CA19-9, CEA and β2-MG in both groups decreased, and those in the study group were lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. The incidences of toxic and side effects in the study group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Cidan capsule and gemcitabine combined with tegafur in the treatment of advanced gallbladder cancer in elderly patients can effectively improve the levels of immunoglobulin and tumor markers, with less toxic side effects.
