微信时代大学生心理健康教育发展刍议

摘　　要：在微信等技术迅猛发展、日新月异的时代,如何把握当代大学生的特点,紧扣心理健康教育的内核,寻找更为有效的教育途径是永恒不变的主题,因此接纳微信时代对传统心理健康教育的冲击和挑战,研究大学生使用微信的心理内驱力,以学生实际需求为心理健康教育的出发点,改造微信环境中心理健康教育的主体、客体和介质赋予其微时代的基因,使其更好地融入大学生群体,才能使教育方式和手段与时俱进,更高效地助力大学生的健康成长成才。In the era of rapid development of technologies such asWeChat, how to grasp the characteristics of contemporary collegestudents, closely follow the core of mental health education, andfinda more effective educational approach is the eternal theme,so in order to more effectively promote the healthy growth of col-lege students, we should take measures to better integrateWeChat into college students and make education methods andmeasures keep pace with the times, by accepting the impact andchallenge of the WeChat era to traditional mental health educa-tion, studying the psychological driving force of college students＇use of WeChat, taking the actual needs of students as the startingpoint of mental health education, and transforming the subject,object and medium of mental health education in WeChat envi-ronment to endow it with the genes of the micro-era.
