摘　　要：中医伏邪体质理论学说根据受邪伏留的时间不同,可分为先天伏邪体质与后天伏邪体质。先天伏邪体质成因在于禀赋与天地之气影响,后天伏邪体质成因在于四时之气,更伤五脏。体质与伏邪相关理论从《黄帝内经》开始即深远影响历代医家,尤其是明清以后随着温病学的流行,伏邪理论被应用于对疑难杂症病因病机的分析概括。先后天伏邪体质的形成与先天禀赋、四时之气密切相关。伏邪体质乃两虚相逢,同气相求,辨证伏邪体质有助于中医从更深层次剖析疾病病因。According to the evil volts of diff erent period, theory about the Fuxie physique of traditional Chinese medicine can be divided into Xiantian Fuxie physique and Houtian Fuxie physique. The Xiantian Fuxie constitution lies in the influence of natural endowment and the qi of heaven and earth, the Houtian Fuxie constitution lies in the four-time qi, and the injury to the five organs. Relevant theories about physique and Fuxie from Huangdi Neijing is far-reaching influence that generations of physicians, especially with the popularity of science of seasonal febrile diseases after the Ming and Qing dynasties, Fuxie theory is applied to the analysis of the etiology and pathogenesis of incurable diseases. Modern successively with doctors to related in this paper, the Fuxie, the current academic circles did not see down the relevant expositions of pathogenic constitution, combined with modern medical frontier knowledge here, propose a new theoretical viewpoint of TCM constitution identification： Fuxie physique, and elucidation the classification of Fuxie constitution, discuss with traditional Chinese medicine.
