摘 要:目的评估在七年制医学生骨科临床实习中应用手术视频结合病例讨论教学法,对提高医学生临床综合水平的价值。方法选择首都医科大学2009级七年制医学生42人。按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各组21人。对照组采用传统的实习教学模式进行带教;试验组在对照组的基础上,加用视频教学结合病例讨论模式进行带教,16周后对两组学生实习效果进行评价。结果试验组主观评价效果优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.01);试验组的理论考试成绩优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.01)。操作考核中的操作技能得分和场景模拟得分试验组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。理论口试成绩试验组稍高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论手术视频结合病例讨论教学可提高医学生外科基本理论、基本技能和临床思维等方面水平。Objective To evaluate the value of applying surgical video combined with case discussion teaching in clinical practice of seven-year medical students, and to improve the clinical comprehensive level of medical students. Methods 42 medical students were selected from Capital Medical University. According to the random number table method, the students were divided into control group (n=21) and experimental group (n=21). The control group was taught by the traditional practice teaching method. The experimental group was supplemented with the video teaching and the case discussion on the basis of the control group. After 16 weeks, the effect of the two groups was evaluated. Results The subjective evaluation of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.01); the theoretical test score in experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.01). The skills score and scene simulation score in experimental group was signifcantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.01). The results of the oral test in experimental group were slightly higher than the control group, but the difference was not statistically signifcant (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Surgical video combined with case discussion teaching can improve the basic theory, basic skills and clinical thinking of medical students.[
