摘 要:本文从高校教师绩效评价中未有效利用现有数据这一问题入手,提出运用灰色关联分析法对待评教师进行绩效评价,从师德、科研、教学、服务性工作四个方面选取14项数据作为评价指标,同时采用熵权赋权法确定评判指标权重尽量减少人为干扰,使权重更加客观.最后将五名待评教师数据作为样本进行评价,通过五名教师与最优指标的接近程度来反应个人绩效.结果表明此方法能够真实反应教师工作成果,可以作为教师绩效评价的模型应用.This paper starts from the question of the ineffective use of existing data in the performance evaluation of teachers in colleges and universities,and puts forward the application of gray relational analysis to evaluate teachers’ performance evaluation.From the four aspects of ethics,scientific research,teaching and service work as the evaluation index ,while the use of entropy weight method to determine the weight of judging indicators to minimize human interference,so that the weight is more objective.In the end,five teachers were selected as the sample,and personal performance was reflected by the proximity of the five teachers to the optimal indicators.The results show that this method can truly reflect the results of teachers’ work,and can be used as a model of teachers’ performance evaluation.
