摘  要:为了筛选到适合山东茶园土壤环境的几丁质降解菌,以提高土壤几丁质的降解速率,本试验以胶状几丁质为唯一碳源,从山东省泰安市茶园土壤中筛选出两株高活性几丁质降解菌,命名为J4、J17。通过生理生化、形态观测和分子鉴定,确定J4属于鞘氨醇杆菌属,J17属于芽孢杆菌属。产酶特性研究表明,最优产酶条件菌株J4为培养温度30℃、pH值7.0、转速200 r/min,J17为培养温度25~30℃、pH值7.0、转速180 r/min;混合菌株J4+J17的产酶能力比J4、J17单一菌株的产酶能力高,分别高出9%和23%。本研究结果可为后续菌剂的制备及工厂化发酵研究奠定基础。The chitin -degrading bacteria suitable for soil environment in Shandong tea gardens was screeened to improve the degradation rate of soil chitin. Two strains of highly active chitin - degrading bacteria were screeened out from the tea garden soil of Taian City of Shandong Province, with colloidal as sole carbon source, named J4 and J17. The strain J4 was identified as Sphigrwbacterium, and J17 was identified as Bacil- lus. The study of enzyme production showed that the optimum conditions for producing enzymes were 30℃ , pH 7.0 and 200 r/nfin, while that of J17 strain were 25 - 30℃ , pH7.0 and 180 r/nfin. The ability of the mixed strains to produce enzyme was higher than that of single strain, which was 9% and 23% higher respectively. The results of the experiment laid a foundation for the subsequent preparation of bactericide and the study of industrial femlentation.
