摘　　要：辨证论治是中医基础理论中的重要内容,是中医学治疗的前提和方法,也是教学的难点。在西医院校中,由于教育背景的不同及中西医思维方式的差异,学生观念难以发生转变,故进一步增加了该内容教学的难度。本文从授课内容、中西医结合临床研究、教学方式、临床带教等方面试行探讨在西医院校内如何进行中医"辨证论治"教学,这对于培养学生学习兴趣、理解掌握中医精髓、提高教学质量有重要的意义。Treatment based on syndrome differentiation is an important part of the basic theory of TCM. It is a prerequisite and method of TCM treatment, also is a difficult point in teaching. Due to the different background of education and the difference in thinking mode of Chinese and western medicine, it is hard for students to change their minds in the western medical colleges, and it further increases the difficulty of teaching this content. This paper discusses how to carry out the teaching of TCM ＂treatment based on syndrome differentiation＂ in the western medical colleges from the aspects of teaching specific contents, clinical research of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, teaching methods and clinical teaching. It is of great significance to cultivate students＇ interest in learning, understand and grasp the essence of traditional Chinese medicine, and improve teaching quality.
