用中西医结合疗法治疗睑板腺功能障碍性干眼症的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的了解睑板腺功能障碍性干眼症患者采取中西医结合手段治疗的临床应用效果。方法纳入笔者所在医院眼科收治睑板腺功能障碍性干眼症患者作为分析对象,从该群体中随机抽取100例,将患者分为常规组与结合组,各组50例,对应常规睑板腺功能障碍性干眼症对症西医药物治疗、联合中医理念指导方剂治疗。疗程后对患者疗效相关临床指标以及临床疗效进行检测评价并用统计学软件处理。结果相对于治疗前,两组患者相关治疗指标如泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌试验指标、主观症状评分以及角膜荧光素染色等数据均有所改善,结合组所得指标相对而言更具优越性,有统计学意义(P<0.05);对两组患者治疗后病情控制情况进行评估,结合组治疗总有效率明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对睑板腺功能障碍性干眼症患者制定中西医结合方案进行干预,对患者相关临床指标有令人满意的改善效果,保障了病情治疗质量,值得临床推广。Objective To understand the clinical effect of meibomian gland dysfunction dry eye patients treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine. Methods The patients with meibomian gland dysfunction with dry eyes were included in the hospital of the author＇s hospital as an analysis object. 100 patients were random Ly selected from the group and the patients were divided into the routine group and the combination group. There were 50 patients in each group, corresponding to the routine The meibomian gland dysfunction dry eye is treated with Western medicine and the Chinese traditional medicine concept guides prescription treatment. After the course of treatment, clinical indicators related to the efficacy of the patient and clinical efficacy were evaluated and evaluated by statistical software. Results Before treatment, the two groups of patients with related treatment indicators such as tear film rupture time, tear secretion test index, subjective symptom score, and corneal fluorescein staining were improved. The index of the combined group was more superior and had statistical significance（P〈0.05）, and the control of the two groups of patients after treatment was evaluated. The total effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The intervention of the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine for patients with meibomian gland dysfunctional dry eye has a satisfactory improvement effect on the relevant clinical indicators of the patient, which ensures the quality of the disease treatment and is worthy of clinical promotion.
