摘  要:目的研究应用窝沟封闭技术预防儿童龋齿的临床效果。方法选取我院2017年1月至2017年6月收治的60例儿童为研究对象,根据电脑抽签的方式随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组未接受窝沟封闭技术预防,观察组接受窝沟封闭技术预防,给予随访调查,观察两组儿童龋齿发生率。结果对照组3个月、半年及1年龋齿发生率分别为20.0%、43.3%、40.0%;观察组为0%、10.0%、16.7%,观察组显著低于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论窝沟封闭技术能够有效预防儿童龋齿发生率,具有较高的可行性,操作简便,值得推广。Objective To study the clinical effect of the application of pit and fissure sealing technique on children's dental caries. Methods A total of 60 children from January 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital were selected as study subjects. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the method of computer lottery. The control group was not treated with pit and fissure sealing technology. The observation group received Prevention of fissure sealing technology, follow-up survey was conducted to observe the incidence of dental caries in two groups of children. Results The incidence of caries occurred in the control group at 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year were 20.0%, 43.3%, and 40.0%, respectively. The observation group was 0%, 10.0%, and 16.7%. The observation group was significantly lower than the control group. The group, P〈 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Pit and fissure sealant technology can effectively prevent the incidence of dental caries in children, has a high feasibility, simple operation, it is worth promoting.
