摘 要:目的观察分析鼠神经生长因子联合神经节苷酯治疗新生儿重症缺血缺氧性脑病的临床疗效。方法 64例重症缺血缺氧性脑病患儿,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组32例。对照组患儿选择神经节苷酯治疗,实验组患儿在接受神经节苷酯治疗同时采用鼠神经生长因子治疗。观察比较两组患儿的治疗效果及治疗前后新生儿神经行为测定(NBNA)评分。结果对照组患儿临床治疗总有效率为71.9%(23/32),显著低于实验组的93.8%(30/32),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗前的NBNA评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患儿的NBNA评分均显著高于治疗前,而且实验组的NBNA评分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论选择鼠神经生长因子联合神经节苷酯对新生儿重症缺血缺氧性脑病进行治疗能取得令人满意的效果,能使其临床症状得到显著改善,促进恢复神经功能。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of mouse nerve growth factor combined with ganglioside in the treatment of severe neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. Methods A total of 64 children with severe neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 32 cases in each group. Children in the control group were treated with ganglioside, children in the experimental group received ganglioside therapy combined with mouse nerve growth factor. The therapeutic effect and neonatal behavioral neurological assessment (NBNA) score before and after treatment between the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 71.9% (23/32), which was significantly lower than 93.8% (30/32) of the experimental group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in the NBNA score between the two groups before treatment (P〉0.05). After treatment, the NBNA score of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the NBNA score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The choice of mouse nerve growth factor combined with ganglioside in the treatment of severe neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy can achieve satisfactory results, significantly improve its clinical symptoms, and promote the recovery of nerve function.
