摘 要:目的:建立一种共振瑞利散射方法测定食品中三聚氰胺的新方法。方法:在pH=5.5的B-R缓冲溶液中,三聚氰胺与巴比妥在四氢呋喃介质中以非共价键结合聚集形成大分子,在λ=nm下,激发产生强烈的共振瑞利散射。体系散射强度增强值(△I)与三聚氰胺浓度呈现良好的线性关系,据此建立了共振瑞利散射法测定乳制品中三聚氰胺的新方法。结果:在优化的实验条件下,在1.88×10^(-6)~1.60×10^(-5)mol/L浓度范围内,体系的共振光强度(△I)值与三聚氰胺的浓度成线性关系,线性回归方程为△F=y=1594.4C+9.7043(C为三聚氰胺的浓度,μmol/L),相关系数r=0.9943。;检出限为1.88×10^(-7)mol/L;样品加标回收率为95.0%~97.5%。结论:方法较灵敏,操作简便,分析成本低,用于食品中三聚氰胺的测定,结果满意。Objective:To develop a novel method of resonance light scattering(RLS)method for determination of melamine-in food.Methods:In pH=5.50 Britton-Robinson buffer solution,Melaminecould react with Barbital to form an macromolecule,so that the system’s intensity of RLS scattering to enhance.According to quantitative relationship between △I and Melamine concentration,determined the melamine in food of samples by resonance light scattering method.Results:In the optimal experimental conditions,Melamine concentration in the range of 1.88×10-61.6×10-5 mol/L,the linear regression equation was △F=y=1594.4 C +9.7043(C was representative of melamine concentration,μmol/L),r= 0.9943.The detection limit for the melamine were 1.88μg/L and the sample recoveries were 95.0%97.5%.Conclusion:The method was simple,specific and sensitive,and the results of determination of melamine in food were satisfactory.
