摘  要:目的探索PBL结合培养性讲课在风湿免疫专业住院医师规范化培训中的运用。方法将2017年-2018年在风湿免疫科规范化培训的学员共46人随机分为PBL+培养性讲课组和LBL组,培训结束后进行临床技能考核并调查研究对象对培训的满意度。结果接受联合教学的学员临床技能水平显著高于LBL组学员,联合教学组学员的积极性、主动性更强,对课程更加满意,均具有统计学差异。结论 PBL结合培养性讲课能使参与者掌握更扎实的临床技能,获得良好教学效果与满意度。Objective To explore the application of Problem-based learning(PBL)combined with Training teaching in standardized model for residents in the department of rheumatology. Methods 46 resident physicians in 2017-2018 were randomly divided into two groups: PBL combined with Training teaching group and LBL group. As the main outcome measures,performance in practice and satisfaction with the course were used. Results The resident physicians who received the joint teaching were better than those who had simply LBL teaching in examinations,PBL combined with training teaching group was more active and satisfied with the course than LBL group. Conclusions PBL combined with Training teaching program appeared to be more effective than the LBL program in standardized training of resident physicians.
