摘　　要：《中华人民共和国公共图书馆法》 2018年1月1日已颁布实施,《中小学图书馆(室)规程》已颁布实施数年,其中对图书馆的现代化设施均提出要求——这是图书馆的依法管理及以《规程》指导管理的问题。中小学数字图书馆结合现代化的信息技术软件和服务,作为利用和扩展知识,以及提供教与学的互动信息的载体,其开放性、实用性、便捷性和提供个性化服务等功能十分重要。可以利用其对教育教学的信息进行整合和分享,为教师、学生提供行之有效的检索方式,并合理利用网络资源,提供快捷有益的信息,更好地为教育教学服务。图书馆员、教师和学生的图书馆学、现代化知识及礼仪的培训,也是迫在眉睫的——这是中小学管理的内容之一,也是中小学新课程改革的内容之一。The public library law of the People＇s Republic of China has issued and implemented on January 1, 2018, the primary and middle school library （room） regulation has been enacted for several years, with modern facilities in the library are requested - this is a library management, and in accordance with the ＂ rules＂ to guide management. Digital library of primary and secondary schools in combination with modern information technology, software and services, as exploitation and extension of knowledge, as well as the carrier of the information of teaching and learning interaction, its openness, practicality, convenience, and provide personalized service, and other functions is very important. We can use the information integration and sharing of education teaching, providing teachers and students effective retrieval methods, and reasonable use of network resources, provide quick and useful information, to better serve the education teaching. It is also urgent to train librarians, teachers and students in library science and modern knowledge and etiquette, which？is one of the contents of primary and secondary school management.
