重复经颅磁刺激联合补肾活血颗粒对帕金森患者功能障碍、情感障碍及临床症状改善情况分析

摘　　要：目的：分析重复经颅磁刺激联合补肾活血颗粒对帕金森病患者功能障碍、情感障碍及临床症状改善情况。方法：帕金森患者84例,根据随机数字法分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者采用重复经颅磁刺激治疗,观察组患者采用重复经颅磁刺激联合补肾活血颗粒治疗,分析两组患者治疗后效果。结果：治疗前,两组患者UPDRS评分、HAMD评分、HAMA评分比较无统计学差异（P〉 0. 05）。治疗后,观察组患者UPDRSⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ评分、UPDRS总分、HAMD评分、HAMA评分均低于对照组（P 〈0. 05）。治疗前,两组患者DA、Ach、5-HT和脑脊液IL-6、IL-1β水平比较无统计学差异（P〉 0. 05）。治疗后,观察组患者DA、5-HT水平均高于对照组,脑脊液IL-6、IL-1β水平均低于对照组,但Ach值与对照组比较无统计学差异（P〉 0. 05）。结论：重复经颅磁刺激联合补肾活血颗粒治疗帕金森病可改善患者运动和情感障碍,抑制机体IL-6、IL-1β的表达,增加脑内DA、5-HT表达水平。Objective：To analyze repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy combined with Bushen Huoxue Granule on Parkinson＇s disease patients＇ dysfunction,affective disorder and clinical symptoms improvement. Methods：Eighty-four Parkinson＇s disease patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group were treated with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation and the observation group were treated with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with Bushen Huoxue Ganule. We analyzed two groups＇ effect after treatment.Results：Before treatment,two groups＇ UPDRS score,HAMD score and HAMA score had no significant difference（ P〉0. 05）. After treatment,the observation group＇s UPDRS I,II,III score,UPDRS score,HAMD score and HAMA score were lower than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The two groups＇ DA,Ach,5-HT and IL-6 and IL-1 β levels in cerebrospinal fluid before treatment had no significant differences（ P〉0. 05）. After treatment,the observation group＇s DA and 5-HT were higher than those in control group and IL-6 and IL-1 β levels in cerebrospinal fluid were significantly lower than that of the treatment group. But the Ach value had no significant difference（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion：Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy combined with Bushen Huoxue Granule in the treatment of Parkinson＇s disease can improve the symptoms and affective disorders,inhibit the expressions of IL-1 β and IL-6 and increase of DA in the brain and the expression of 5-HT.
