摘  要:遗传多样性研究是种质资源保护和利用的基础。为探索欧榛品种间的遗传关系,利用SSR分子标记技术,对‘Corabel’、‘Kentish’和‘Carrifran’3个品种共55份供试材料进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明:3对SSR引物在55份供试材料中共检测到44个等位基因,位点可检测到等位基因数(Na)为11~17个,平均每个位点可检测到14.67个等位基因;平均观测杂合度(Ho)、平均期望杂合度(He)分别为0.62和0.87;多态信息量(PIC)变化范围为0.81~0.90,平均为0.86;利用算术加权平均数法(UPGMA)将55份材料分为4大类群。研究表明,欧榛品种间遗传多样性水平较高,这为新品种选育提供了科学依据。Studying genetic diversity is a preliminary step for active conservation and utilization of germplasm resource. In order to explore the genetic relationship among the varieties of Corylus avellana, SSR molecular marker technology was used to analyze the genetic diversity of 55 samples collected from 3 cultivars, ‘Corabel', ‘Kentish' and ‘Carrifran'. The results showed that a total of 44 alleles were detected from those 55 samples by 3 SSR primers and the number of alleles obtained varied from 11 to 17 at each locus with an average of 14.67 alleles per locus. The means of observed heterozygosity (Ho) and expected heterozygosity (He) of studied loci were 0.62 and 0.87, separately. The variation range of polymorphic information content (PIC) is 0.81 to 0.90, with an average of 0.86. 55 samples were placed into 4 main groups by weighted arithmetic mean method (UPGMA). Results indicated that a high level of genetic polymorphism was revealed among Corylus avellena cultivars which might provide scientific basis for selective breeding of new variety.
