某三甲医院8359例肺癌病例特征及流行病学分析

摘　　要：目的研究某医院肺癌的分布特征及流行病学的情况,结合环境因素进行相关的发病因素调查。方法对某院2003—2017年间患肺癌的本地患者按年龄、肿瘤的种类,结合生活习惯及环境因素进行分析,用客观数据分析与肿瘤存在可能的环境相关因素。结果 15年间肺癌的患病人数呈上升趋势,2017年的患病人数较2003年增加了近5倍。按病理分型,腺癌占据了首位,占总数的52. 25%,其次是鳞癌及小细胞癌;在男性中,肿瘤构成顺序是腺癌、鳞癌、小细胞癌;女性中,肿瘤构成顺序是腺癌、鳞癌、腺泡细胞癌。发病年龄段以61～70岁为高发区。按地域分布,发病率最高是该市的蓬江区,最低是台山市。结论不良的生活习惯及环境空气的质量与肺癌的发生有关系,改善空气质量和改变生活习惯是预防和减少肺癌发生的有效途径。Objective To study the distribution and epidemiology of lung cancer in a hospital, and to investigate the related factors based on environmental factors. Methods The local patients with lung cancer in 2003 - 2017 years were analyzed according to age, type of tumor, living habits and environmental factors, and the possible environmental factors were analyzed with objective data. Results The number of patients with lung cancer increased in the past 14 years, and the num- ber of patients in 2017 increased by nearly 5 times than that in 2003. According to the ease classification, adenoeareinoma occupies the first place, accounting for 52. 25% of the total, followed by squamous and small cell carcinoma. In male, the sequence of tumor is adenoeareinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and small cell carcinoma; in women, the tumor constitutes Shun. The order is adenocareinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and acinar cell carcinoma. The age of onset is from 61 to 70 years old. According to geographical distribution, the highest incidence is the Pengjiang District of the city, and the lowest is Taishan city-. Conclusion The poor living habits and the quality- of the ambient air are related to the occurrence of lung cancer. The improvement of air quality- habits is the only way to prevent and reduce the occurrenee of lung cancer.
