摘　　要：目的探讨护患共同参与式护理对宫颈癌术后患者膀胱功能恢复的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2017年12月间陕西省延安市人民医院收治的100例宫颈癌术后患者进行回顾性分析,根据护理方式不同分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组患者采用护患共同参与式护理,对照组患者采用常规护理,比较两组患者膀胱功能的恢复情况。结果两组患者膀胱功能恢复情况中,观察组患者Ⅰ级30例(60.0%),对照组20例(40.0%),Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论护患共同参与式护理对宫颈癌术后患者膀胱功能的恢复具有积极影响。Objective To analyze the effect of nurse-patient co-participating nursing on recovery of bladder function after operation for cervical cancer. Methods One hundred patients with cervical cancer treated at Yan＇an People＇s Hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected and retrospectively analyzed. Fifty patients who received nurse-patient co-participating nursing were included in the observation group and 50 patients who received routine nursing were included in the control group. Bladder function recovery was compared between the two groups. Results In the evaluation of bladder function recovery in the two groups,grade I was achieved in 30 patients（ 60. 0%） in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 20（ 40. 0%） of the control group,and the proportion for grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group（ all P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The nurse-patient coparticipating nursing has a positive effect on the recovery of bladder function after surgery for cervical cancer.
