包头市九原区幼儿园教师及幼儿家长手足口病知晓情况调查

摘　　要：目的通过对包头市九原区幼儿园教师及家长手足口病(HFMD)知晓情况的调查,为幼儿园教师、家长和疾病预防控制中心预防手足口病提供理论依据,从而有针对性地进行防治。方法通过问卷调查的方式,对包头市九原区10所幼儿园的632位家长、210名教师进行手足口病知识调查,数据资料运用Epidata 3.1进行录入,用SPSS 21.0软件进行统计分析。结果调查对象手足口病相关知识知晓率为52.4%;家长的家庭居住地和文化程度对家长HFMD知晓率的影响具有统计学意义(χ2分别=4.019、38.743,P<0.05);调查对象对HFMD相关知识的需求最多的是预防知识;调查对象愿意接受的HFMD相关知识的获取途径是疾病预防控制中心的微信公众号。结论包头市九原区幼儿园教师和家长手足口病相关知识的知晓情况相对较差,疾病预防控制中心和幼儿园应通过多种途径来提高家长和教师的相关疾病知识知晓率,同时寻找更加有效、适应新时代媒体的传播方式来预防疾病。Objective To investigate the status of awareness of hand-foot-and-mouth disease（HFMD） among teach-ers and parents in kindergartens of Jiuyuan District,Baotou City so as to provide the evidence for improving the preventionand control of the disease.Methods A total of 632 parents and 210 teachers in 10 kindergartens in Jiuyuan District ofBaotou City were investigated by questionnaires.The data were recorded by EPiData3.1 and statistically analyzed bySPSS17.0.Results The awareness rate of HFMD related knowledge was 52.4%.The parents＇ residence and educational lev-el had significant influence on the awareness rate（χ^2=4.019 and 38.743,respectively,and both P〈0.05）.The survey objectshad the most demand for HFMD related knowledge about prevention and the favorite approach of achieving the knowledge wasWe-chat official account.Conclusion The status of awareness of HFMD among teachers and parents in kindergartens of Ji-uyuan District,Baotou City is relatively poor,and therefore,the center for disease control and prevention and the kindergartenauthority should improve the awareness of parents and teachers through a variety of ways,and seek more effective and moreadaptable new media transmission methods to prevent the disease.
