摘 要:冷冻干燥是一种重要的药物制备工艺。对冷冻干燥过程建立数学模型,通过数值模拟对工艺参数进行监控和对操作条件进行优化,有利于推进冷冻干燥工艺的工业应用。本文综述了近年来对基于模型的冷冻干燥的过程监测和优化的研究进展,对研究现状进行了分析,并对研究趋势进行了探讨。Freeze-drying is an important process for pharmaceutical preparation. It is beneficial to promote industrial applications of freeze-drying process through establishing mathematical models of freeze-drying process for monitoring the process parameters and optimizing the operation conditions by simulation. Through simulation, it can avoid wasting a lot of man power, materials and active pharmaceutical ingredients. At the same time, the operation process is controllable and the technological conditions are forward-looking. In this paper, the recent studies on process monitoring and optimization of freeze-drying based on mathematical model are discussed. It is considered that more and more researchers are focused on the unsteady model, especially on the prediction and feedback regulation of the process. The combination of simulation process and computer software or algorithm makes the research more intelligent and the model more refined.
