摘　　要：本文从组织管理、内容安排、培训形式及考核评价等方面介绍了美国北卡罗莱纳大学医院Vizient/AACN护士规范化培训的实施情况。针对我国护士规范化培训的现状,提出了针对性建议,以期为我国护士规范化培训提供参考。This article introduced the implementation of the Vizient/AACN Nurse Residency Program in the University of North Carolina Hospital from perspectives of organization, contents, methods and evaluation. Specific suggestions were brought up based on the current status of the Nurse Residency Programs in China, in order to provide reference for further training.
