摘　　要：微波干燥技术在人参加工中已经被广泛利用。其具有高效、灭菌、节能等特点。本文通过三个典型案例,对微波干燥技术在人参加工中有效合理的利用进行阐述。说明微波干燥技术在人参加工工艺中,人参有效成分提取的前期处理中都有效的被利用。这种技术对于未来药品和食品加工行业有巨大意义。Microwave drying technology has been widely used in processing ginseng. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, sterilization and energy saving. In this paper, the effective and reasonable use nf microwave drying technology in ginseng processing is described through three typical eases. The resuhs show that the ginseng active ingredients by processing preliminary is effectively used during processing ginseng by microwave drying technology. This technology has huge implications for the pharmaceutical and food processing industries of the future.
