摘　　要：心理资本作为个体拥有的一种积极的心理状态,在个人成长和发展过程中发挥着重要作用。通过文献分析和总结,对创业心理资本概念进行界定,对其维度进行划分,概括总结国内外创业心理资本应用的研究成果,并提出大学生心理资本的提升策略。As a positive psychological state, psychological capital is an effective psychological resource to promote personal growth and performance. Through literature analysis and summary, this article defines concepts and entrepreneurial psychological capital, divides its dimensions, summarizes the research results of the application of entrepreneurial psychological capital at home and abroad, and put forward the relevant strategies for the improvement of college students psychological capital.
