摘 要:现如今,经济全球化的发展越来越迅速,各国企业为了跟随经济的变化,相应地调整改变了内部的采购认识。在采购管理中扩展利润空间,一直是企业生存发展、增强市场竞争力的重要组成部分。但是在我国,对于油气企业战略采购的认知和接受时间相对较晚,所以油气企业的采购管理中存在许多不足,掣肘了油气企业的发展。基于此,剖析了国外油气企业所采取的战略采购模式,并提出了中国油气企业战略采购管理措施。Nowadays,the development of economic globalization is more and more rapid,in order to follow the economic changes,the enterprises in various countries have changed their internal procurement awareness accordingly.As we all know,expanding profit margin in purchasing management has always been an important part of the survival and development of enterprises and the enhancement of market competitiveness.However,in China,the recognition and acceptance of strategic procurement of oil and gas enterprises are relatively late,so there are many shortcomings in the procurement management of oil and gas enterprises,which hinder the development of oil and gas enterprises.Based on this,this paper analyzes the strategic purchasing mode adopted by foreign oil and gas enterprises,and puts forward the strategic purchasing management measures of Chinese oil and gas enterprises.
