摘 要:本文针对高职学校人才培养定位存在的矛盾,构建基于微课支撑的互联网+“混合式学习方式”教学模式,对这种教学模式的现状进行了分析、阐明了其核心内容及其创新点,并总结了这种教学模式的成果形式及其成果推广的方式。互联网+“混合式学习方式”教学模式将课前互联网视频预习、微信群讨论,课中路演答疑、仿真实训,课后互联网视频复习有机结合起来,极大地提高了学生的学习效率。同时以互联网为媒体,可以将优质教学资源共享给其他学校的师生以及需要提高专业知识的社会人士,提高整个学科的教学水平。视频微课在互联网平台上的长期存在,将满足学生终身学习的愿望,增强学生的社会竞争力,并为企业长期提供免费培训资源,促进行业的发展。Aiming at the contradictory orientation of personnel training in vocational college, this article constructs an interact plus "E-learning" teaching model which based on the micro-course, analyzes the current situation of this teaching model, clarifies its core content and innovation, summarizes its outcomes and the promotion method of that. The interact plus "E-learning" teaching model organically combines the preview by watching videos on the interact and group discussing on WeChat before class, the learning by road-show answering and simulation training in class, as well as the review by videos on the intemet after class, greatly enhances the learning efficiency of students. At the same time, taking the Interact as the medium, teaching resources of high quality can be shared with teachers and students in other schools as well as other people who need to gain professional knowledge, therefore may upgrade the teaching quality of the whole subject. The long-term existence of video micro-courses on the interact platform can meet students' demand for the lifelong learning, enhance their social competitiveness, and provide free training resources for the enterprises for a long time, so as to promote the development of the industry.
