摘　　要：目的探讨α_1胸腺肽联合化疗治疗老年晚期胃癌的效果及对外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法将我院2015年7月～2017年6月收治的90例老年晚期胃癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组予以FOLFOX6化疗方案治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加α_1胸腺肽治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效和外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为75.56%,高于对照组的51.11%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者CD8+水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论α_1胸腺肽联合化疗治疗老年晚期胃癌的效果显著,并可有效调节患者的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群水平。Objective To investigate the effect of α1 thymosin combined with chemotherapy on elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer and the influence of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets.Methods 90 patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to June 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with FOLFOX6 chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with α1 thymosin on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 75.56%,which was higher than that of the control group 51.11%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The levels of CD3＋,CD4＋,CD4＋/CD8＋ in the peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in CD8＋ levels between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion α1 thymosin combined with chemotherapy is effective in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer in the elderly,and can effectively regulate the peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets.
